New education focus



Now it's official! Starting this school year, we our students from the third year in addition to the focus of training offer " networking " the focus of training " Internet and media technology .

That's actually a great day for our department but also for the whole HTL-Villach.

The focus of training "Internet and media technology" will complement the IT-related training offered by our school great. From the "Software Engineering", covered by the department for EDVO on the "Internet and media technology" to the training area "networking" would be our students a very wide range of choice and market-based options. One can now say with good reason: The HTL-Villach is the training facility for housing and construction and for computer and IT. No other site HTL such a variety of IT training is offered.

As experience shows from other IT HTLs, the training focus on "Internet and media technology" very interested by technology Adopted girls, girls share to 50% are not uncommon. We hereby would strongly expressed the desire of the economy, more girls for a technical training to win, take into account.
